Programs

The philosophy of the league is to promote participation in basketball in a fun and safe environment, to develop fundamental skills and to teach the rules of the game. By participating we hope that the players learn sportsmanship and display respect for other players, coaches and officials. Through a positive sporting experience, we hope to foster the growth of developmental assets that help young people grow up healthy, caring, and responsible.

* If you do not receive a call by November 9, please let us know. The coach may not have your correct phone number.

*Balls, jerseys and team practice times will be supplied by the City. Shoes and shorts are not. You will need to supply these items.

*We are in need of team sponsors and GOOD coaches. If you can coach or sponsor a team or know someone who would be willing to, please let us know.

*Practices will begin the week of November 9.

*Games will begin December 5and continue through February. Games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays

*Program size will be determined based on early registration and gym space availability for practices and games.

**ALL SIBLING DISCOUNTS & SCHOLARSHIPS MUST BE DONE IN HOUSE**

**$10 Late fee will be assessed after 9/28**

The City of Ukiah Youth Basketball League is divided into separate grade divisions for both boys and girls. These are:
Boys and Girls
K – 1st grades
2nd – 3rd grades
4th – 5th grades
6th – 8th grades
9th – 12th grades
