*Class Refund Policy*
Any refunds must be accompanied by a written request sent to maranda@cityofukiah.com.

Multi-day classes:

• Refund requests must be made before the first class. There will be a 15% admin fee deducted from the full registration fee.
• Any request made after the 1st class (of a multi-day class, camp, or clinic) will be evaluated for a pro-rated refund.

Single-day class:

• Refund requests must be received 24-hours before the start of the class, a refund minus 15% administrative fee, will be provided.
• If a request is received less than 24-hours in advance, RecDesk credit will be provided.
• No refunds will be made after the first class.

Swim Lessons
All cancellation and refunds must be received in writing by e-mail to recreation@cityofukiah.com
Refunds will be issued either in the form of a check (mailed in 1-2 weeks) or RecDesk credit.

• Transfers and cancellations must be done by 3pm the day before: Sunday for Monday-Wednesdays lessons or Wednesday for Thursday & Friday lessons to be eligible for a refund credit.
• Absolutely no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be granted after the first class meeting.
• Refunds will be subjected to a 15% processing fee for checks or full refund for credit.
