Boomer Chi: Tai Chi Level II

Students will learn two short Qi Gong practices adapted for older adults. Benefits of Level II are improved strength, energy, flexibility and focus. Once learned, the individual movements can be rearranged, shortened or lengthened depending on the needs of the student. Level I is not required for this class. Not recommended for those with chronic knee/hip pain or difficulties with balance. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
