*Class Refund Policy*
Any refunds must be accompanied by a written request sent to maranda@cityofukiah.com.

Multi-day classes:

• Refund requests must be made before the first class. There will be a 15% admin fee deducted from the full registration fee.
• Any request made after the 1st class (of a multi-day class, camp, or clinic) will be evaluated for a pro-rated refund.

Single-day class:

• Refund requests must be received 24-hours before the start of the class, a refund minus 15% administrative fee, will be provided.
• If a request is received less than 24-hours in advance, RecDesk credit will be provided.
• No refunds will be made after the first class.

Youth Basketball
Youth Basketball Registration is open until October 18th or until the program fills up. A $10 late fee will be assessed to any registration after October 18th.
Individual registrations are $100 with a $10 sibling discount (to be eligible for the sibling discount you must register in office).
