*Class Refund Policy*
Any refunds must be accompanied by a written request sent to maranda@cityofukiah.com.

Multi-day classes:

• Refund requests must be made before the first class. There will be a 15% admin fee deducted from the full registration fee.
• Any request made after the 1st class (of a multi-day class, camp, or clinic) will be evaluated for a pro-rated refund.

Single-day class:

• Refund requests must be received 24-hours before the start of the class, a refund minus 15% administrative fee, will be provided.
• If a request is received less than 24-hours in advance, RecDesk credit will be provided.
• No refunds will be made after the first class.

Day Camp Refund:

• All cancellations and refunds must be received in writing by e-mail to recreation@cityofukiah.com.
• Absolutely no refunds, transfers, or cancellations once week of camp has started.
• Refunds will be subjected to a 15% processing fee check (mailed in 1-2 weeks) for checks or full refund for credit.

Swim Lessons:
All transfers, cancellation and refunds must be received in writing by e-mail to recreation@cityofukiah.comby the dates below:
Refund and transfer deadline:

• Session 1: June 1
• Session 2: June 8
• Session 3: June 15
• Session 4: June 22
• Session 5: June 22
• Session 6: June 29
• Session 7: July 6
• Session 8: July 13
• Session 9: July 20
• Session 10: July 27

Refunds will be subjected to a 15% processing fee check (mailed in 1-2 weeks).
